After getting lip fillers, you might want to see how your new lips look in your favorite shades of lipstick. You might also want to apply Chapstick or other lip products to your lips since they can feel dry after lip injections. However, do not apply lipstick or any lip products to your lips right away, according to WebMD. This is because your lips might be swollen immediately after the procedure. Therefore it is important not to apply pressure to your lips until the swelling goes down, or about a day after getting lip fillers. In the meantime, you can keep your lips hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids.
