Human Garbage Can Hunter Moore Decided To Care About Child Porn On Twitter
I didn’t see the actual account that was suspended, but the hashtag #ReportBrandCX was trending on Twitter and a whole lot of people were tweeting the account.
I don’t think this means that Hunter Moore has magically turned into a decent human being and we can expect him to stop profiting off the misery and exploitation of others, but I guess if he is using his “fame” and notoriety to do the right thing we can hate him a teensy tiny bit less this week.
But then again, considering this was also posted I’m not sure he really understands about why posting snaps of underage girls is wrong:
I’m not a mathelete or anything, but these girls don’t look over age 18 to me.
A few weeks ago I reported about how Twitter continues to allow accounts that post child pornography to remain online even after being reported multiple times, and maybe it takes an account like Hunter Moore with over 400, 000 followers reporting accounts to make a difference. That being said, even if the BrandCX account is suspended they can easily make a new one and start posting photos again.
It will be interesting to see if Moore actually follows up on this and continues to care about content being posted on Twitter, or if he just goes back to requesting topless photos from his followers.
