‘Never Put Nature Aside For Television’ And Other Life Lessons From Kids

Kids say the darnedest things. And sometimes they write the darnedest things, too. Which is why we’re loving Buzzfeed’s hilarious round-up of notes written by kids. They include such gems as “I am running away because you think I farted when I didn’t” and “I am so sory that I smaced you in the privets” [sic all around].

But the gold star goes to a diary-type entry that includes the sentence, “I don’t want my husband to have a ‘man purse.'” Ha ha! If only we could go back in time and tell our own 14-year-old selves the same…

Just a reminder that kids have an amazing ability to tell it like it is yet another reason to love them.
