Part of what I love about working at a tell-it-like-it-is parenting site is that we can talk about embarrassing things like peeing in your pants when you jump or secretly preferring root canal to play dates. But then there are those TMI (too much info) moments, like when you brag about your mucus plug or that placenta smoothie you just devoured. Jessica Simpson‘s latest revelation falls somewhere in the middle.
Simpson, who’s expecting her first child with fiance Eric Johnson, recently retweeted a post from @OMGFacts that said:
“The average person expels flatulence 15 times each day!”
She then added her own astute observation:
“The average pregnant woman farts 15 times that!”
According to our calculations, Jessica Simpson farts 225 a day. We’ll assume she’s exaggerating but, still… TMI or totally hilarious? What do you think?
