You’ll need keto-friendly dark chocolate chips (you can use milk chocolate too, but the slight bitterness of the dark plays nicely with the bacon), chopped almonds, and a couple of slices of cooked, crumbled bacon. This one is so easy, you don’t even need to turn on the stove – you can temper your chocolate in the microwave! Then spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and add your crunchy, salty bits of goodness. The hardest part of this recipe is not eating it until it’s hardened.
