Gwyneth Paltrow Doesn’t Judge You For Your Marital Infidelity, Just So You Know
It’s fairly easy to assume that mother and wife Gwyneth Paltrow is pretty judgmental. The GOOP writer and health guru always seems to be advocating various lifestyle choices while frequently namedropping about her famous friends and neighbors. But recent comments, or perhaps just good PR, from the actress would prove otherwise. In addition to seeing nothing wrong with a boob job after breastfeeding, Gwyneth claims to not judge her married friends who have cheated on their spouses.
“I am a great romantic but I also think you can be a romantic and a realist. Life is complicated and long and I know people that I respect and admire and look up to who have had extra-marital affairs. It’s like we’re flawed we’re human beings and sometimes you make choices that other people are going to judge. That’s their problem but I think that the more I live my life, the more I learn not to judge people for what they do. I think we’re all trying our best but life is complicated.”
A surprisingly down-to-earth comment coming from a woman who consistently reveals herself to be rather out of touch with the problems and challenges of average families. Even though the mother of two attests that her own marriage is thriving, her compassionate statement alludes to the many less than perfect marriages that couples weather.
