Necklines should be high enough to cover the decolletage, although they don’t have to walk around in turtlenecks or anything. Handbag designer Anya Hindmarch says, “We used to laugh when we designed what she called her ‘cleavage bags’. [They were] little satin clutches which she would cover her cleavage with when she stepped out of cars.”
