Pregnant Woman Gives Abortion Protesters A Glorious Smackdown

By  |

A video of a pregnant woman yelling at a group of abortion protesters standing outside a clinic in London has gone viral, and it does a fantastic job of highlighting the hypocrisy of those “pro-life” assholes who claim to care about children. It’s also gloriously helped raise over $75,000 for a charity that feeds needy children.

Protesters from the anti-abortion group Abort67 were standing outside a women’s health clinic with their usual arsenal of giant posters of dismembered fetuses. One of the male members was actually wearing a GoPro camera, taping women as they entered and exited the building. Sweet Jesus, may I never see something like this in my waking hours, or I may have an assault charge on my hands. The pregnant woman hears someone from the clinic asking the man to turn the camera off, and she loses her shit — as she should. She begins asking him if he’s taping women entering and exiting the building, to which he replies “no,” an obvious lie.

One of the women in the anti-abortion group is preaching about the abortion she had and how much she regrets it. Pregnant woman, aka My Hero, calls her out on what an enormous hypocrite she is. Hats off to Jezebel who brought the story to my attention and also transcribed this beautiful rant:

“It’s wrong what you’re doing. You don’t know why people are doing what they’re doing, but you want to be out here judging and filming… I just heard that same woman say ‘I had an abortion.’ You’re a hypocrite, you’re a big hypocrite. You had an abortion but because you’re not happy with what you’re doing, you’re standing out here making other people feel guilty. Like I said, many people have been abused. You don’t know what their reasons for. I think this is so wrong on so many levels.”

She then suggests to the morons that they may want to walk around the corner to an organization that actually helps children in need — Kids Company. She seems to be affiliated with the charity organization. Her mention of it in this beautiful verbal smackdown that has gone viral has helped to raise over $75,000 for the organization’s drive to give needy children a Christmas feast.

That is beautiful. Good job, mama.
