When we think of Maryland, maybe someday we’ll think of an Ava or Liam. After all, what comes to mind when you picture the state? Babe Ruth was from the state, which we think means every third baby born there should be called Ruth. After all, this guy started his pro career as a leftie pitcher, broke batting records like they were spun sugar, and was sent to a school for orphans by his parents because he was so naughty they couldn’t handle him.
