Illinois is more than just Chicago. It, like so many other states on this list, has an abundance of little babies called Olivia and Noah. We wonder if any of these parents even heard of the Georgian woman, Olivia Serres. She was quite the rule breaker of her era and even pretended to be a princess when she fell on hard times and needed money. Pretended might be a misleading word here. She hustled the royal family. She claimed to the be the daughter of a secret marriage, one that took place before the royally ordained one. Therefore, she claimed, the royal marriage was adulterous and all the income of that branch of the household should go to her. How’d the royal family answer these fantastic claims, you ask? Olivia Serres was thrown once again in debtors prison.
