Octomom Entered Rehab, I Try To Feign Interest When So Many People Are In Danger

Octomom entered rehab, you guys. And we can totally talk about that if I could figure out how to stop crying about the fact that so many people are dealing with the utterly devastating fallout from Hurricane Sandy. Last night I curled up in bed with my husband and all of my kids, like so many of you all did, and it’s all so astonishing. I know the only comfort I have right now is knowing that as a human, I can try and do whatever I can to help in the upcoming months, and years. It will take years to recover from this. My kids are all worried and upset. I can’t stop thinking of all of the families with small children and babies. I know the world continues to revolve and part of that world contains our beloved Octomom so that’s what we’ll talk about. In-between feeling the most unimportant thing in the world right now is the fact Octomom entered rehab.

Nadya Suleman has checked herself into rehab for a prescription drug problem … leaving her 14 kids without a mother for 30 straight days … TMZ has learned.

A rep for Octomom tells us … Nadya admitted herself into the Chapman House Drug Rehabilitation Center in Southern California over the weekend after acknowledging she’s become dependent on  Xanax … an anti-anxiety drug … which she began taking to “deal with stress.”

Suleman’s rep tells us, “Nadya wanted to get off the Xanax she was prescribed by her doctor and learn to deal with her stress, exhaustion and anxiety with professional help with a team of doctors. Nadya wanted to deal with her issues and make sure she is the best mother she can be.”

So, Octomom entered rehab for a Xanax abuse problem. It’s nice that she is getting the help she needs to be a better mom to all of her 14 octokids. Maybe if she entered a less-stressful career field other than the porno-world she wouldn’t need to abuse drugs in order to function. When Octomom is done with rehab, maybe she can use some of her octodollars here . Unless she feels as stressed out as the rest of us do, which will then just compound her Xanax abuse problem.
