Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp + 1⁄2 tsp of Truvia® natural sweetener

1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice**
1⁄4 tsp salt

2 large eggs
13⁄4 cup skim milk
3 Tbsp canola oil

1⁄2 cup pumpkin puree

Directions:
ӢAssemble all ingredients.
ӢCombine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
ӢIn separate bowl, combine eggs, milk, oil and pumpkin; mix.
ӢAdd pumpkin mixture to dry ingredients and mix until large lumps disappear.
”¢Heat non-stick skillet over medium heat until a drop of water skitters around pan; Pour 1⁄4cup batter for each pancake onto hot skillet.
”¢Cook 1 or 11⁄2 minute until bubbly and turn; cook on other side until golden brown.

2. Candied Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:
2 lbs. sweet potatoes
3 Tbsp of butter
1⁄2 cup Truvia® Baking Blend
1⁄2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1⁄2 tsp molasses

Directions:
”¢Preheat oven to 350° F.
”¢Peel and cut sweet potatoes into 1″ cubes, place in a baking dish.
ӢBrown butter in a saucepan. Use low to medium heat while stirring to avoid burning.
”¢Turn off heat; add Truvia® Baking Blend, pumpkin pie spice and molasses to browned butter. Stir until combined.
ӢAdd evenly on top of potatoes.
ӢBake covered for 1 hour, stir.
ӢBake uncovered for another 10-20 minutes until potatoes are tender.

Ingredients:
1⁄4 cup Truvia® Baking Blend
1⁄2 cup butter
11⁄4 tsp ground ginger
11⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon
1⁄4 tsp ground cloves
1⁄4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1⁄4 cup molasses
1 egg yolk
2 cups all-purpose flour

Directions:
”¢Preheat oven to 350° F.
”¢In a large mixing bowl, mix together Truvia® Baking Blend, butter, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, salt and baking soda until combined.
ӢAdd the molasses and egg yolk and mix well. Gradually add flour and mix until blended.
ӢSplit the dough in half and wrap in plastic wrap.
”¢On a floured surface, roll out half of the dough 1⁄4 inch thick, then cut with cookie cutter.
ӢPlace cutouts on cookie sheet and bake for 1012 minutes.
ӢAllow to cool 5 minutes on pan, then place cookies on a wire rack to cool completely.

Ingredients:

2 oz. bourbon

Directions:
”¢In a julep cup, muddle: Truvia® natural sweetener, mint leaves and bourbon.
ӢHalf-fill with crushed ice, stir until the cup is frosted.
ӢContinue to pack ice into cup until mounded over rim, add: champagne and orange bitters.

5. Pecan Pie

Ingredients:
1 unbaked pie shell, 9″
1⁄2 cup dark corn syrup
1⁄4 cup + 2 tsp Truvia® natural sweetener spoonable
1⁄2 cup quick oats
1⁄4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1⁄4 tsp salt
2 large eggs, beaten
3⁄4 cup pecans
1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp water
1 tsp molasses

Directions:
”¢Assemble all ingredients; preheat oven to 350° F.
”¢In a medium mixing bowl, combine corn syrup, Truvía® natural sweetener, oats, melted butter, salt, beaten eggs, pecans, vanilla, water and molasses.
ӢPour into a prepared unbaked pie shell.
ӢBake for 4550 minutes until set.
ӢFor a crisper bottom crust, preheat a cookie sheet in the oven before placing unbaked pie on sheet to bake.
ӢAllow pie to rest on a cooling rack for an hour before slicing.
