Listen, if you’ve had a baby, then you know that the postpartum body struggles are real. Even if you didn’t gain very much weight, your body is just … different. Things are wider and bigger and looser. It doesn’t help that society pushes this idea that we should bounce right back to pre-baby shape immediately. It took 10 months for your body to change, it’ll take at least that long for it to go back to what it was before! And it probably won’t ever be exactly what it was before, because that’s just how life goes. But we all experience these struggles, even the rich and beautiful. Kylie Jenner opened up about dealing with her postpartum body, and let’s just say: relatable!

Kylie Jenner gave birth to daughter Stormi back in February. She’s been back in the public eye and looking amazing. But even Kylie is dealing with some post-baby body issues.

In a recent episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kylie opened up about adjusting to all the ways her body has changed since pregnancy and childbirth. She told sister Kim, “Nothing in my closet fits me. I’m getting rid of stuff that I just feel like is never going to fit me. I know I’m not going to fit into a [size] 25 jean ever again.”

Kylie admits, “I’m just feeling a little insecure. I feel like my hips have just spread. My favorite jeans, they’re never going to fit me again. I feel like some people don’t get it. Some people are just body-shamers.”

Now, most of us would take Kylie’s body on her very worst day in a heartbeat (ah, to be 21 again!). But when your body doesn’t feel like YOUR body anymore, it doesn’t matter what size it is, you know? It’s a very personal thing!

Kim offered some sisterly advice, telling Kylie that it took her nearly eight months to lose the weight after her pregnancies. Kim says, “I will tell you this ”” just wear two pairs of shape-wear and get out of the house. I know it’s like, really early and Stormi is so little but you just have to roll with it. You just have to be confident, get some things that make you feel good about yourself and find your balance.” Honestly, that advice is … not bad!

There are going to be those people who knock Kylie Jenner for complaining about her post-baby body. But they can just go kick rocks. She had a baby, and she’s dealing with all the stuff that happens after you have a baby! A lot of us can certainly understand that process.
