Despite his ripped physique, Jason Momoa doesn’t like gyms.
In fact, before being cast in Conan (a role for which he had to bulk up considerably), Jason had never even lifted weights. To stay in shape, he relied on running, climbing, surfing, and boxing. Jason thinks that traditional gym workouts can get boring and monotonous, and much prefers working out doing things he enjoys.
