Halloween Trees Combine the Two Best Holidays of the Year

Sometimes, you get tired of pumpkins and skeletons, you know? A new decorating trend is gaining some steam, and it combines the two best holidays of the year: Halloween and Christmas. Halloween trees are spooky and festive and creative. And the best part is, they’re easy! Put the tree up in October, switch out the ornaments in November. We still love us some pumpkins, but Halloween trees are where it’s at this year.

Halloween Trees can be decorated any way you want, and the possibilities are endless. Also, such a great canvas for all those little Halloween trinkets!

You can go traditional with your non-traditional tree, like this orange and black tree. We love the little crows!

Save the sparkly tinsel for Christmas. Halloween trees call for spider webs!

You can even find different colored trees, like orange and purple. This one has customized Halloween ornaments. Finally, a Halloween craft we can get behind.

Re-purpose that snowflake for fall with your favorite scary character. Of course, if you leave Leatherface up for Christmas, we wouldn’t mind.

Looking for something to do with all those junk baby dolls shoved in the toy box? Doll head ornaments! Meanwhile, the arms and legs make a great door wreath.

The spindly, crooked branches of this one are great for ornaments. And the shadows it casts are so on-trend, too.

You can even extend the tree decorating to the outdoors! Another great use for those treat buckets.

Mini-trees are perfect for filling in tabletops. At this point, we’re not against a tree in every room.

Come Thanksgiving, these Halloween tree people are going to have an advantage in decorating for Christmas. Plus, the Nightmare Before Christmas crossover potential is amazing. Jack does pumpkins and Christmas trees, too. If you’re looking for another way to take your Halloween game to the next level, then you might need a tree. Or two. We won’t judge.
