Family Lost In Corn Maze Calls 911
According to reports, police received a cell phone call at around 7 p.m. from a family claiming to be trapped in the Danvers, Massachusetts corn maze at Connors Farm. The maze actually closes at 6 p.m. and the couple, who simply couldn’t find their way out, quickly realized that they were the only ones left inside.
“I don’t see anyone and I’m really scared. It’s really dark and we got a 3-week-old baby with us,” the woman told a 911 operator. Police officers sent a K-9 unit to track down the “missing” family, who were escorted to safety.
And now here’s the truly embarrassing part: the family was just 25 feet away from the exit when rescued.
