Last night in Milan, Dolce & Gabbana held their Fall/Winter 2015 fashion show, and it was easily the cutest fashion show of the season because this year Dolce and Gabbana went with a “mom” theme and had models walk the runway with their children.
According to The Gloss, the show was called “Viva La Mama,” and featured children of all ages. There were some tiny babies carried down the runway, and older children who walked with their mothers dressed in coordinating outfits. One model, runway veteran Bianca Balti, is pregnant and sported a visible bump at the show. The overall effect was pretty darn adorable.

I might be hormonal, but I both want to wear that cool flowered outfit and eat that baby’s chubby little toes. I mean seriously, look at those cheeks.

In addition to having a “Take Your Child to Work” day for the models, Dolce & Gabbana continued the family theme on the dresses themselves. Several were decorated with prints that looked like children’s drawings, like Angelina Jolie‘s wedding dress. Others said “Mama” or “I love you mama” in different languages, as though small children had written personal notes on them.

Now this is a trend I can get behind. I just need to hand my kid a box of Sharpie markers and let her at it. I’ll be looking like a runway model in no time.
