We had to start with this one because it becomes pretty clear that the other ‘senior’ members of the Royal Familia didn’t get a heads-up before Harry and Megs hit ‘post’ on their Instagram announcement. While the Duke and Duchess of Sussex planned a carefully-written and articulate statement about wanting to give baby Archie Harrison a balanced life, the Royal Communications basically said that they were blindsided, calling discussions “at an early stage.” We have to respect the game.
