Okay, so we are not so sure that this will count as a parenting “hack,” but it does count for something! When you just need a little bit of “me time,” and some chocolate, but want to make sure that no one else finds where it is, a failsafe way is to save a frozen vegetable bag. After cooking and eating the vegetables, of course! We’ve got to set an example for our little ones! But after the bag is empty, stick your favorite kinds of chocolate in it. Nobody will think to look in the veggie bag, especially the kids.
