Kohl’s is having an amazing flats sale to kick off the fall season. Pricier options are now on sale for $14.99. We love what the SO brand calls “Seadragon” flats. They also have classic ballet flats and pointed toe varieties. This is one type of shoe that our ancestors would instantly recognize. These kind of flats have been worn by both men and women as early as the 16th century. They went out of style for a while, after court fashions became more elaborate.
