It Took Ali Larter 5 Months To Lose Her Baby Weight And It Took Me 5 Seconds To Scream ‘STFU’ At My Computer

wenn20554683__1377015722_74.134.205.46Hey guys it’s our favorite time of the day when a totally lovely lady celebrity talks about her POST BABY BODY and her struggle with losing the baby weight after having a baby! I don’t know about you guys, but there is nothing I love more than contemplating how amazingly imperfect the female body is after giving birth. Women should just give up after having a baby. Maybe one day science will invent an amazing machine where women who give birth are followed around by a haze of smoke so no one has to witness the atrociousness of their post baby body. Or else, you know, we could just ban them all for leaving the house. Because there is nothing worse than a woman gaining between 15 and 50 pounds or however many pounds while pregnant, amirate? So Ali Larter lost all of her post baby body weight. From Health.com:

Some actresses seem to lose the baby weight in two weeks. Did you feel as if you had to snap back into shape immediately?
I wasn’t in a rush to go back to work, so being home with my son will always be one of the best times of my life. A lot of women say that they breast-feed and the pounds come right off. [Laughs] For women who gain 25 pounds, that’s probably true. But for me and [actresses like] Busy [Philipps], who enjoy our cake, it’s not going to come off in two months. I gained 45 pounds. Mine came off at about five months, after working out a lot and doing a food delivery service.

Working out a lot! Food delivery service! Post baby body! Barf.

I recently read that Kim Kardashian refuses to be photographed profesionally until she loses  enough weight to hit 115 pounds. What if these new moms didn’t lose the baby weight? Or just lost a little bit of it? It’s interesting to think about. I don’t think Meryl Streep would be kicked out of Hollywood for gaining 30 pounds. But what about a television actress like Ali Carter or a reality show star like Kardashain? Are they only as valuable as what size they wear? What if Kim Kardashian kept her reported 60 pounds on and started a talk show about parenting and was just all “Today we are making sloppy joes and discussing co-sleeping.” I don’t know about you guys, but I’d tune in.
