Abortionist Defends Terminating ”˜Ugly Black Babies’ As Service To Taxpayers

Charlotte, North Carolina abortionist Ashutosh Ron Virmani is candid about his beliefs. When confronted by religious anti-abortion activists at his home a few weeks ago, he said the unborn children he aborts are unwanted and likely to lead lives of crime. He further suggested that if the activists have a problem with his work they should “adopt one of those ugly black babies.”

Unfortunately for him, these remarks were caught on videotape and he’s now coming under fire for his racist views:

The abortionist’s comments have riled black pro-life activists. Day Gardner, President of the National Black Pro-Life Union, said in a press release, ”It’s all too obvious that he had a particular disgust for black babies and therefore has no problem killing them.”

Virmani defended his practice of abortion as an effort to save taxpayers money and prevent crime. ”I as a taxpayer do not wish to pay for those babies to be born and brought up; and kill those people in Colorado,” he said in reference to the Colorado theater killer.

No word on what plan he has for figuring out who is going to commit a crime 25 years after being born and raised by a middle-class family in Southern California, but he doesn’t seem like the brightest abortion doctor out there, even if he’s particularly candid about his views.

While not heavily reported by the media, black women are significantly more likely to have abortions than their white counterparts. Black pro-lifers have been highlighting that fact in billboard campaigns across the country while pro-choice activists have strongly fought charges of racism. Dr. Virmani’s racist comments only add fuel to the debate.
