Here’s the Breakdown on the 2017 Emmy Nominations

It’s Emmy nominations season and that means we’re all cheering on our favorite shows and sneering at the biggest snubs. The 2017 Emmy nominations span a broad scope of shows, though some old favorites have returned. In comedy, Aziz Ansari’s Master of None is back as are Veep and reigning queen, Julia Louise-Dreyfus, as well as Modern Family. Surprisingly, Game of Thrones is nowhere to be found as last season did not air in its completion during the eligibility period. Welcomed newcomers are This Is Us, Stranger Things, and The Handmaid’s Tale.
