10 Easy Christmassy Things To Do This Week If You Feel A Bit Bah Humbug
I officially have no Christmas spirit yet (It may be because I have yet to watch Love, Actually or because I have this lousy cold) but I’m going to try and rectify this by doing the sort of Christmas things that I can fully get behind – cheap, easy, and that take minimal effort. Hurray! I love Christmas and it will be here before we know it, but I still don’t feel like I have recovered from Thanksgiving yet. But enough of my whining, we need a little Christmas right?
This Cute Door
From The Creative Stamper Spot, I think this is adorable and looks like the sort of thing you can accomplish while enjoying some (spiked) cocoa.
This Wreath
There is no link to a tutorial of this, but I suppose you just need a regular craft store wreath and some construction paper teeth and some [plastic scary eyes. Yes, he is sort of spooky for Christmas but he reminds me of The Nightmare Before Christmas and I’m just morbid enough to love this idea.
This Reading Tree
Once again, no link, but this looks easy enough and I love the idea of using books as a tree.
Hanging Lights Everywhere
I’ve always been so meticulous with my interior light hanging and I have no idea why, when I love the way lights all over the place look. I’m so over sticking to window frames and bannisters. I’m going to hang lights from my walls and ceiling.

Faux Thin Mint Cookies
Have you guys ever made these? They are stupid easy. Swanky Pear has the tutorial here and I make them the same way except I use these Famous brand wafer cookies instead of Ritz. People go whacky over them and they are so good I can barely keep them in the house.

Coats!
I need to buy coats for the school coat drive, and even though I’m not super into shopping yet, at least this will be a fun way to get in the spirit and kid’s coats are cute. I’m sure many of you are doing the same things in your community.
